Camiel's Pick: Favorite Rollerblading YouTube Channels

Camiel's Pick: Favorite Rollerblading YouTube Channels

Yes we are all really busy people and we hardly have any time for ourselves. At the same time we consume more media than ever before. And I just know you're are searching for better ways to procrastinate a little more. So without further intro, here are my favorite Rollerblading YouTube channels.

JUMBO

Lets start off with one of the channels I recently started following. Jumbo is bringing weekly videos that capture the sessions the crew has. And sometimes they drop some interesting skate gear chat in it as well. The guys skate all kinds of spots. Like mellow ledges, this wonderful DIY park and some of crazy rails and streetspots. They even figured out a way to skate trees, so that's cool. The crew has great skaters in it like Mike Casals, Caleb Benavides, Anthony Medina, Cody Sanders, Andrew Broom and Zach Gutweiler. It's just one of those like and subscribe things, instantly.

iRollerboot

So yeah, hear me out. I know his thumbs are kinda linkbait and he might drop a little too much videos. But it's all good. Like really really good. The beginning of the channel you see Ben struggling a bit with what to do and how to make a video. But the last two months he's been on a roll. The videos are fun, full of really good skating and you see Ben doesn't always take himself too seriously. The best iRollerboot videos are the ones where he just goes out streetskating and hunting for spots.

Ben

I have no clue who Ben is, but the channel is fire. ben is on a mission of digitizing all the videos in Bens archive. And the archive is huge. If you're looking for a video that dropped somewhere between 2000-2015 chances are you will find it on this channel. Due to music rights issues, some parts don't come with music, but lucky us, most of the parts do come in all their glory. If you have any video or dvd collecting dust that you want to have on this Ben channel, feel free to hit him up. And no we don't like bootlegging, but how else would you watch DBV5, Hashasins or Life+?

This Week in Blade

What would this list be without mentioning Big Homie Biz aka Kevon Thompson. I am so happy he is back on his roll again. And with roll I mean making weekly news shows covering everything that is important to our rolling community. Well everything? He has not covered us yet and Pardon me, but we even made some shorts especially to fit his style. Anyways, if you didn't already check him out, now go do that.

Tom Moyse

This shouldn't be in this list. This channel should be in our favourites list instead, but yeah. Tom Moyse has been dropping news shows for I don't know how long. And I know not all of you appreciate all that chatter, but this guy is just real funny. Some of the puns in his are just too good. I love the Rollerblading Trend Forecasts that he does. And he went on the Levi vs. Adapt story so well, I just had to put him up here. Tom knows his history and has a great way of giving us his opinion on what is going on. Like for instance with this piece about Wizard skating.

So there you have it, my favo(u)rite YouTube channels. Did I miss any? Let me know!
